A collection of apartments in an enclave of Historic Charleston Single Row Homes circa 1872.

The homes at 71, 75, and 77 Spring Street were constructed in 1876 by a local longshoreman's union. They are 2 ½ story "Greek Revival Style Single Row Houses" in Elliotbourogh in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. This project started with the restoration of 77 Spring Street and has lead to the restoration of 11 buildings and the construction of the new building located at 73 Spring St.

All apartments feature modern appliances such as central heating and air conditioning. Most have a washer and dryer. Off street parking is available. The original details have been preserved. Most feature original heart pine flooring, fireplaces and ornamental window and door trim.
